YWAM's Global Leadership Forum as well as all operating location leadership teams will be using the Good Name Pledge as an orientation and regular teaching opportunity. Interactive dialogue and discussion should take place at least once a year on best practices, highlighting the values of YWAM openness, honesty, integrity, transparency and accountability.
